St Margaret Clitherow – York

Visit York the home of our patron saint Margaret Clitherow. The shrine is situated in The Shambles – well worth a visit if you are in the area. There is a fantastic statue of St Margaret in St Wilfrid’s church and the relic of St Margaret is kept in the Bar Convent.   History
